Short cultural experiences in Florence

I am looking for short (three to five days) experiences in Florence...such as art classes, cooking classes, opera? I will be in Florence from around July 2-July 9th...I have visited several times before, but I want something more in depth and more personal about Florence...it could be tours to vintage thrift shops or vintage markets or interesting libraries....or a knowledgeable person with an arts background who gives small group tours to out-of-the-way restaurants and historic or artistic places. I have been to see David, the Uffizi, the Bargello, and many other major art spots. Now I want something different, but easy enough for an elder like me to take part in.
